Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl is just like the movie. It's full of the same thrills and spills and spine-tingling adventures that make the Pirates of the Caribbean movie so good. This book is perfect if you like to read interesting books where time flies like you're actually a part of the story. In this story there is a happy-go-lucky pirate by the name of Captain Jack Sparrow. Jack Sparrow is not like a normal pirate, because instead of making people scared of him he is scared of them. All the problems that come about in this brilliant story often arise because of the mistakes that Jack has made himself. Yet even though Jack is not your typical pirate, it's his sense of humour that makes Pirates of the Caribbean so funny and witty. I recommend this book to anybody who loves a good tale and has a wild imagination, and I give this book 10 out of 10. (James Yr 8)
